The Ark, London W6

The Ark is owned in a joint venture between O&H Properties and GE Real Estate. In 2007 it went through a major internal re-development costing over £20 million to eradicate the historic perceptions and inflexibility of the existing floor plates. G.E. Capital are the main tenant of the building.
