Development opportunities arising within our existing portfolio or sourced specifically, fall to our small development team. We use our experience to ensure that such projects achieve maximum returns. The team also promotes longer term developments from conception to planning, at which point the Group may decide to build out or sell to realise the highest returns.

Our construction arm employs its tried and tested procurement method to reduce construction risk, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of control over the delivery of the final product.
