Grosvenor Festival Place Fund

The Fund was setup as a UK limited partnership to support the development of Festival Place, which opened in 2002, the Fund now invests in this 1 million sq. ft. regional shopping centre.

The Grosvenor Festival Place Unit Trust, a Jersey property unit trust, was created in 2004 to act as a feeder fund to the partnership.
