Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund

Originally set up in 1998, the Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund is a UK limited partnership. It invests in dominant town shopping centres around the UK. The Grosvenor Shopping Centre Unit Trust, a Jersey property unit trust, was created in 2004 to act as a feeder fund to the partnership.

The Fund owns Coopers Square in Burton upon Trent, Freshney Place in Grimsby and the Eastgate Centre in Inverness.
