Talbot

The Talbot Residential Investment Fund was formed jointly between O&H Group and Grosvenor, with a strategy to pursue the purchase of residential properties for investment purposes, in order to create a well performing, bespoke portfolio. Equity of £50 million has been set aside to grow the fund.

Investment opportunities have already been purchased in Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Winchester, Worcestershire and London, ; containing a diversity of types and styles of property purchased, from small 1 bedroom apartments to 3 and 4 bedroom family houses, ensuring that as broad a spectrum of the rental market is encompassed as possible.
