Hampton

The Hampton project illustrates the Group's experience in managing infrastructure on a large scale. Hampton commenced in the early 1990's and has seen over 4,000 houses constructed, with new consent for a further 1,700 residential units within theinitial area of consent. As owners, we are responsible for the overall master planning, contract management and marketing of this extensive brownfield site. We have constructed all of the on site infrastructure which, to date, includes two hugely successful primary schools and a £13mn state of the art secondary school. In addition we have implemented a very significant ecological management programme, to ensure the development provides enrichment on an environmental level. Hampton has been highlighted as a exemplar in the use of green infrastructure in Natural Englands latest national guidance.
