The Newton Leys scheme has been divided into four character areas; the community heart, parkland mixed use, lakeside living and village edge.

Mrs Pippa Cheetham from O&H group went onto say “O&H Group are thrilled with this planning outcome.  We were convinced that this was a sensible and sustainable extension to Newton Leys and the planning system has supported this. The permission allows for high quality 2,3,4 & 5 bedroom family homes which will be a great addition to the local housing offer”.  O&H Group have a large land portfolio and have been responsible for implementing successful large scale housing and community developments over the last decade.

The proposed site will be served by strong public transport links including the Milton Keynes to London’s Euston train link and good connection to the M1.
